Can you make any type of hat?
We develop custom soft headwear across cut-and-sew caps, full-brim hats, knit, straw, felt, millinery, uniform and original-shape production families. Safety-rated helmets and hard protective headgear require separate verified compliance.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the hat construction, material and decoration. Share the style and quantity you need, and we will propose the most practical factory route.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Sample development confirms shape, material, color, decoration and workmanship before bulk production.
Can we sign a contract?
Yes. Specifications, quality requirements, price, timeline and delivery terms can be documented in a contract before production.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome and can be coordinated after we identify the production partner that fits your product.
How fast will you reply?
A complete brief can usually be routed for an initial response within one business day. This is not a promise of feasibility, quotation, sampling or delivery timing; those points require project-specific written confirmation.
